A traditional meat sauce originating in Bologna Italy. Fresh ground beef simmered in garlic and vegetables with thick tomato base and Mortadella (an Italian cured sausage from Bologna). We feature this sauce on our Gram's Ravioli It is great with Pasta!

In parts of Italy this sauce is know as Marinara. The Santori Family recipes originated in the farm country and they call it Gravy. We blend it smooth so there are no chunks in our sauce. It is great with all our meatballs, on chicken or even as a pizza sauce.
